💠 Opens, logs prioritizes, assigns and closes call logged in the IT SD.

💠 Ensure all the transactions are completed and approved in the system within the TAT

💠 Aske the customers End Users for all relevant information concerning the call made or issue reported by the Customer End User.

💠 Routes the enquiries to Resolver Groups as appropriate.

💠 Make recommendations for updates to the KBI database.

💠 Re-Routes misdirected calls.
